  • At this time, Smarter Living Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Smarter Living Store ships merchandise to Canada but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Customs and import duties fees may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country.   • Return Policy

  • New and Unopened Returns: Any merchandise returned for credit must be made within 30 days of the original purchase invoice date. Smarter Living Store will only accept products in new, resalable condition, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not accepted. Customer must contact Smarter Living Store to request the return and obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) prior to sending back any product. The RA# must be printed on the outside of the shipping box. Smarter Living Store will not accept any product return package without the RA#. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original product purchase invoice and a statement as to the reason for the return, especially for any repairs.

    Smarter Living Store will not issue credit for any product received after 30 days from original purchase invoice date. Returns on devices are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. All other approved product returns are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee for handling, repackaging, and return to stock. Customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred for returning products except for errors or damages made by Smarter Living Store Damages to returned products incurred due to insufficient or poor packaging may reduce the amount of credit. Returned packages that are lost or damaged during shipment back to Smarter Living Store are the responsibility of the customer. For added security, please send returns using a carrier that can provide tracking of shipment, fully insured. Credits will be applied back to the customer’s account, or refunded by check if paid with a credit card and/or if no open balance exists. Please allow 3-4 weeks for credits to be processed.

    Non-returnable Items: For obvious hygienic reasons, Smarter Living Store cannot accept returns for credit on opened and used products, especially skin care products such as skin preps, lotions, creams, gels, and other personal care products, or for any worn clothing, conductive garments, vests, supports and braces, or for batteries, expired or used patient electrodes or lead wire cables. Custom ordered, custom packaged, and private labeled products are non-returnable.

    How to send a Return:

    1. Call the Smarter Living Store at 1-888-959-1020 to request product Return Authorization Number (RA#).
    2. Include a note stating purchaser’s name, address, phone number, a copy of the original purchase invoice, and a statement as to the reason for return.
    3. Package the return in a study box with sufficient packing material to protect merchandise from damage in transit.
    4. Write the RA# on the outside of the box. Packages without the RA# will be refused.
    5. Send package, properly insured, to: Smarter Living Store, Returns Dept., 217 Industrial Court, Wabasha, MN 55981.
    6. Obtain and keep your proof of return, such as a tracking number from UPS or FedEx or proof of mailing certificate from the United States Postal Service, until you have received notification of credit from Smarter Living Store.

    MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Smarter Living Store with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Smarter Living Store.
